At Honor The Gift Clothing, we ship orders across the United States. Here is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery and tracking.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During new drops and sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Within the USA
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after processing, where available at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
